1.4 Location Data

Location data is collected, while using the app, and with permission of the user, with the app on the background, within the smartphone and smartwatch applications. with the following purposes:

  • Emergency assistance: Detecting falls or trips could trigger automatic alerts to emergency contacts or services.
  • Activity tracking: Recording metrics like distance, time, and speed to help users monitor their fitness progress.
  • Route mapping: Providing visual representations of cycling or exercise routes for planning and analysis.
  • Safety features: Offering tips or recommendations to promote safe cycling or exercising habits.

1.5 Media usage

Media usage information is collected within the smartphone application for the following purpose(s)

  • Media playback: Whether (yes/no) media is being played while performing a trip, with the purpose of prevention of music playback (distraction) while cycling through the calculation of safety scores.
